Tenderness that comes from a marinating process inspired by some of Elvis’s best moves.  Here is the twist... Your sirloin tip roast is tumbled for 45 minutes in our delicious Burgundy Pepper marinade. This flavorizes, and more importantly, tenderizes it to the point where you can cut it with a spoon, Burgundy Pepper imparts a prime rib like flavor.

Burgundy Pepper Spoon Roast

This delicous roast is tumbled in Burgundy Pepper marinade until its so tender you can cut it with a spoon.  The Burgundy pepper emparts a flavor that is reminisent of delicous prime rib but for a lot less cost.

Herb & Garlic Crock Pot Roast

This flavor twist combines a savory herb and garlic mix that is perfect for the crock pot.  Just add your favorite vegetables because the delicious flavor is already built into the roast. 

Burgundy Pepper Sizzler Steak

This is our famous Burgundy Pepper Spoon Roast sliced into grill ready steaks for delicious eating in mear minutes. A family favorite.

Roast Cooking instructions

1. Oven

Bake or broil.

Settings and timing

Bake at 250-300°F for 20-25 minutes per pound.  Broiling works well for rare and medium rare roasts.  The browning of the meat adds a scrumptious touch. Our marinade imparts a wonderful flavor that really does not need anything added to make it fabulous.

Special instructions

Let sit for 15-20 minutes before slicing.  Basting is not necessary.  Our marinade keeps beef super moist and tender!

Make sure to remove from heat source before reaching desired temperature. A roast will continue to cook even after being removed from the grill or oven. Generally they gain 5-15°.  Also, use a pop-up timer – it could come in handy!

Follow these temperature guidelines using a standard cooking thermometer to achieve desired doneness:

120-130°F = Rare

130-135°F = Medium rare

140-150°F = Medium

155-165°F = Medium well

170°F+ = Well done

2. Grill 

Indirect heat works best. Only move the roast over the coals or burner if you are trying to achieve a dark crust on the outside.

Medium or medium high is best. Use Thermometer to determine desired level of doneness.

3. Crock Pot

High for 6-8 hours then hold warm until ready to serve. These make the best shredded Beef sandwiches you've ever had!

Make sure to add at least 1-2 cups of water, broth or stock to the pot. 

Sizzler Steaks Instructions

1. Oven

Bake or broil. 

Settings and timing 

Higher heat is better with these super lean flavorful steaks. If baking, set oven at 400-425°F. Allow 5-7 minutes for medium rare to medium; 8-12 minutes for medium to medium well; and 12+ minutes for well done.

Remember... the cooking time will vary based on the size and thickness of each steak.

Special instructions 

Make sure you always use a pop-up timer and follow these temperature guidelines to achieve desired level of doneness:

120-130°F = Rare

130-135°F = Medium rare

140-150°F = Medium

155-165°F = Medium well

170°F+ = Well done

Chef's tip 

No seasoning needed with these. Our marinade takes care of that for you!

2. Grill  

Use direct heat for rare to medium steaks. Use indirect heat for medium well to well done. This will help keep them from getting too charred.

Chef's tips 

No additional seasoning needed. Allowing your steaks to warm up to room temperature prior to cooking them helps them cook more evenly. Add a dollop of butter melted on top of the grilled steak. After it's cooked, it's heaven on earth!

3. Stove Top

Settings and timing

Medium to medium high heat. Use a heavy bottomed skillet. This will help distribute the heat more evenly.

Allow 3-5 minutes per side for medium rare; 5-7 for medium; 7-9 for medium well; and 9+ for well done. 

4. Smoking

Settings and timing 

Cook at 250-300°F for approximately 8-12 minutes for medium rare, depending on the size and thickness of the steaks.

Chef's tips

Grilled: 5 minutes per side for medium rare; 6 minutes per side for medium. Broiled: 350°F oven set to broil; 6 minutes per side for medium.
